Regular Quarterly Dues (All Classes except XI):

  • First Quarter (April-June): By April 7th
  • Second Quarter (July-Sept): By July 7th
  • Third Quarter (Oct-Dec): By October 7th
  • Fourth Quarter (Jan-March): By January 7th

Class XI (New Admissions) Half-Yearly Dues:

  • First Half (April-Sept): By April 7th
  • Second Half (Oct-March): By October 7th

Late Fine Rates:

  • First seven days: Rs. 300/- per day
  • Eighth day onwards: Rs. 500/- per day

Important Notes:

  • Students with delayed fees will be withheld from Terminal examinations
  • All fees must be cleared before final examination
  • Fee concessions will be cancelled if dues are not paid on time
  • Parents/guardians must retain payment receipts as proof

  • Fees once paid will not be refunded in case of withdrawal
  • Two months' notice required before withdrawal, or school fees will be charged

Boarding Facility:

If a boarder switches to day scholar mid-session, full hostel charges apply for the remaining session

Transport Facility:

  • Complete session bus charges apply even if facility usage stops mid-session
  • In case of indiscipline, students may be expelled from hostel/transport facility
  • Regular charges continue to apply even after facility withdrawal
